Your Questions Answered
How can I make the most of my Virtual Urgent Care visit?
To get the best results from your virtual appointment, set up in a quiet, well-lit space and have a detailed list of your symptoms ready, including when they began and anything that makes them better or worse. Keep your current medications nearby, along with any key details about your medical history. This helps our specialists provide focused, personalized care in real time.
Can family members join my virtual appointment?
Yes, of course! No matter if you want a loved one there for moral support or you’re managing care for a child or senior, we welcome family members to attend. For patients under 18, a parent or guardian must be present. Having someone with you can make communication easier and help reinforce the care plan discussed during the visit.
How can I tell if my condition is too serious for Virtual Urgent Care?
Virtual visits are great for non-emergency issues. But if you're dealing with chest pain, severe breathing trouble or signs of a stroke, go directly to the ER or call 911. When you’re unsure, start with a virtual consult—we’ll evaluate your symptoms and recommend the safest next steps based on your physical health needs.
