When Should I Book an In-Person Appointment?

While a virtual urgent care visit is an excellent option for many minor injuries, illnesses, and infections, in-person urgent care services are sometimes necessary for comprehensive care.

You need labs, x-rays, or a medical procedure.

You are experiencing a severe headache or dizziness.

You are experiencing chest pain, respiratory distress, or stroke
-like symptoms.

You are a biological male with a urinary tract infection or
erectile dysfunction.

You need an evaluation of sensitive areas or severe
symptoms.

You are experiencing an eye injury or vision loss.

You have a child (under age 16) with a urinary tract infection (UTI) or (under age 2) with
ear pain.
