I badly sprained my ankle and went in for x-rays and consult. I had scheduled an appointment on line for the afternoon, but they called that morning to let me know there was no wait. So I got to go in early, and was seen right away. Great service from the desk, to the nurse, to the doctor. Unfortunately their x-ray tech was out, so I had to go to another location for that. But it was close, and also relatively quick. Very pleased with my experience. Will definitely use them again should we need urgent care.

Showed up at 5:00 p.m (they close at 8). They asked me why I need to be seen. I started to explain that my throat hurts just to be cut off by the receptionist telling me she thinks there is a 2 hour wait. Before I could say anything, the other receptionist who was helping another patient chimed in that they are at full capacity.. to which the woman whom I was speaking with agreed. She then gave me their hours for tomorrow (which are the same everyday). I do not have covid, I have already been to the Dr. this week, my problem is unrelated. I have a hard time believing these employees considering I am writing this review and 2 new patients have went in and sat down. Very unprofessional, super ignorant, and negligent. I will not come back.

Nice clean and inviting environment. Very friendly and attentive staff at the front desk. Very kind physicians who didn’t make us wait to be seen. The doctor took time with us and didn’t give the impression of being rushed. Yet, we were in and out of there within an hour. As someone who has never been here before and expected the long drawn out new patient process, I was so pleased to find it was not that at all. Thank you so much!

Everyone in the facility was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and neat. The doctor and nurses were awesome, asking lots of questions to make sure everything was okay. Definitely recommend.

I sat there for 3 hours with an overflowing waiting room chairs side by side before seeing anyone. They tested me for the COVID (already had 2 negative self tests, strep and flu) no vitals taken minimal history. 35 minutes later (a NP comes in tells me I have the flu, doesn’t check vitals or lungs, no further assessment and botches the timeline of my symptoms, I reiterate with exact hours and still they get it wrong. Tells me I can go back to direct patient care in homecare with the elderly in 2 days. (I happen to be a doctor but didn’t tell them) this is grossly negligent. They told me to take a med I don’t have as well. Healthcare is so understaffed and it’s a shame but the care is scary. Luckily I know my sx and called my pcp for follow up (closed on weekends) bc I can’t swallow and my ears will “likely get infected” not enough yet and come back if it gets worse ….. fever, Flu A + with over 3 hour wait times. I double masked to protect everyone else. Beware this place is scary right now.
