The place was great! The visit was quick and easy. It was the billing department that I had an issue with. I paid my bill months ago and I continue to get emails, letters, and other notifications saying that it wasn't paid. Couldn't get through to anyone who worked there or could help me or I got hung up on. Customer service is seriously lacking and made me not want go here anymore. The billing department doesn't even know how customers make payments... isn't that your one job??
Slipped on stairs at home and was able to be seen within a couple of hours when I called for appointment. Front desk was very professional and friendly and the waiting room was comfortable. I was seen by PA and was sent for X-rays. This is definitely a much better option than a hospital waiting room. I felt that they treated me well. Although it’s not fun to need urgent care , I think this facility offers great care.
I’m new in RI so I didn’t have a primary care doctor yet. One day my eye was bothering me and it looked like I had a sty eye so I wanted to have it checked. I went here and the service was great. A few days later I received an invoice and I thought it was strange. I’ve provided all my information regarding my insurance to the front desk and after the service they told me I was all set. I called my insurance company and turns out they never submitted a claim. I’ve called the billing department multiple times then found out they haven’t been in the office since Covid. I was provided an email to contact them and this is the only reason why I would give two stars instead of one because they were very helpful. I’m very disappointed and unsatisfied with the front desk service because they didn’t enter my information correctly into the system resulting in my claim being rejected. I wish they would’ve contacted me in regards to confirm my information or inform me that it has been rejected rather continuously sending me invoices and even contacting the collection agency. Very unprofessional and I can’t believe the receptionists couldn’t copy down word for word my information into the system. I understand people make mistakes but you should be double checking the information you enter as this is very important.
I had a ear block due to wax. I was out in an hour overall with the wait time..No complaints...yet to receive my bill. Just make sure the front desk enters your information right...she got my address and my last name entered incorrectly.
Staff is always pleasant, the place is always clean. Doctors listen and staff communicates with pharmacy without issue. Went in today for what turned out to be an ear infection in my son. They had us in and out in 35 minutes, and the pharmacy called with the script ready for pickup 20 minutes later. I know it's weird to like going to the Dr but this place is just always running well, it instills a lot of faith and trust. Can't thank them enough for always being on top of their game!
