I secured my appointment online which was very convenient. I then completed the registration online so when I arrived I just checked myself in. My appointment was for 2:24pm but I wasn’t seen until about 4:15pm. The receptionist and medical assistant were apologetic due to the wait, and they thanked me for being patient. I heard them tell everyone they were sorry for the wait. I was first seen by the PA who quickly asked a few questions and then off she went. I was then seen by the NP Andrew who was extremely nice. He apologized for the wait and took his time with me. I avoid going to any urgent cares due to horror stories I’ve been told, but I had a great experience. Note to management- I only wrote this review to let you know how wonderful your staff is. I was treated with empathy, care, compassion and kindness. Your staff rocks!
I was in the area for a conference and needed emergency care. The waiting room is in need of an upgrade. The upholstery was soiled and I was concerned about cleanliness. The clerical staff was pleasant, discreet, and efficient on the phone and in person. As a walk-in I waited less than I anticipated. Medical staff was detail oriented and accommodating. The CareWell from my home state is not as friendly. I never give five stars and if the waiting room was as nice as the bathroom and exam room I would have given 4 stars.
Pretty quick place actually. Faster then any other urgent care I've ever been to. They gave me a 2 hour wait, got me in within an hour. Staff was amazing, friendly, and funny. The nurse and doctor were both punctual, keeps you up to date on w.e they may be performing, and do so with care. All around : 10/10. Would come again definitely.
Was traveling out of state and needed quick care for a dog bite. The providers were able to see me quickly and make me feel at ease. Honestly one of the easiest urgent care experiences I’ve ever had.
I had a terrible experience today at this location. To preface this, I had been to this location before, years ago, and always had good experiences. I think it’s fair to say most of us are at urgent care when we are not feeling our best and need to be cared for. Today, I was not.
I entered the building expecting to fill out paperwork to register for my appointment and wait for said appointment. Unfortunately, I did not even make it to the actual appointment after how poorly the front desk associates treated me. To start, when I approached the desk I was immediately asked if I had an appointment, I did not. The women was almost annoyed that I didn’t. Without any eye contact or time of day, she demanded I go over to a computer kiosk to enter my information to register and then I was done, to return to the desk with my insurance card and license, no problem.
I returned to the desk after filling out required virtual paperwork and the women at the desk then proceeded to snap at me that I needed to complete the registration on my phone before she could even take my insurance card. When I replied that I’d rather fill out any documents on a paper copy she smirked at me, chewing her gum very loudly, that she “just told me that” meaning she just told me to fill it out of my phone (which I did not hear her if she did because I am sick and my ears are blocked) and to go fill it out. At this point after being spoken too so poorly so many times I was no longer looking to have an appointment here. I am a healthcare professional myself I have never experienced a front desk associate be so rude and uncaring to a sick patient. I understand it is difficult to find qualified help these days, but I would not want these women greeting my patients, Carewell. Do better.
