Dr was fine, but at check in, they should tell you that they aren't a participant in the insurance you present. Instead, everything contained and I just received a bill for $160! And my deductible is met so I wasn't expecting any copay! Never again!

Appreciated the fast service BUT I was shocked when an elderly woman walked in with her head split open and no one moved. I understand she should have gone to the ER but certified nurses are in this facility and not a single one of them asked if she needed assistance. The secretaries sat there, looked at her and said nothing we can do you need to go to the ER. At least give the woman something to contain the blood, all she had was a single paper towel. That is no way to treat a human, I don’t care if your getting paid to do it or not. I was in the health care field and have and always will render aid to someone in need. Very disappointed

My experience with Care Well Urgent Care in Warwick was excellent.
From the receptionist at the desk to the nursing. The PA. Linda Ung was very friendly and caring , did a fine job stitching up my finger. All of the staff put me at ease. I recommend your services highly.
Thank you. I hope not to see you soon. But if I need to ill be back. Great job!

I try to only go there when Linda Ung is on duty. She is amazing and completely knows how to handle patient needs. This week I had a terrible experience when getting checked up for poison ivy. The nurse that was onsite didn't even want to prescribe the steroids' I needed at first until I literally told her it was spreading into my eyes. Even then she only prescribed a small dosage and here I am three days later with only 1 day left on the medication and it is spreading all over my face. I had to call back and complain only to find out she was suppose to prescribe two weeks worth of medication. So now I have to go back and pay another copay with the pharmacy to pick up medicine that was incorrectly prescribed to me.
