Slipped on stairs at home and was able to be seen within a couple of hours when I called for appointment. Front desk was very professional and friendly and the waiting room was comfortable. I was seen by PA and was sent for X-rays. This is definitely a much better option than a hospital waiting room. I felt that they treated me well. Although it’s not fun to need urgent care , I think this facility offers great care.

Staff is always pleasant, the place is always clean. Doctors listen and staff communicates with pharmacy without issue. Went in today for what turned out to be an ear infection in my son. They had us in and out in 35 minutes, and the pharmacy called with the script ready for pickup 20 minutes later. I know it's weird to like going to the Dr but this place is just always running well, it instills a lot of faith and trust. Can't thank them enough for always being on top of their game!

Literally the worst experience of my life. I wish there was an option to get a negative star. I mean usually when you walk into a walk-in and tell the secretary that you can't breathe, they assist you. I specifically stated I needed a breathing treatment because I have asthma. Usually they tend to you because you actually are having a problem breathing that is visible. But instead I sat there for 2 and a 1/2 hours waiting, feeling like I was going to pass out because they were "doing the best the could do." Multiple people were showing symptoms of having the flu and not suggested to wear a mask. There were 2-3 patients that made appointments to be seen as suggested on their site and phone like that still weren't seen for 3 hours after their original appointment. The nurse that I had, had no bed side manner. And after all of this they said my prescriptions were sent over before I left, and surprise they weren't. So then I had to call them not once but twice to get then to send it over waiting in cvs for an extra 30 minutes because they were "doing the best they could do." I will never go or recommend such a joke of a clinic on any occasion again....as an update I had covid and was treated this poorly

Do not go here! Fiance had strep throat and was there over 2 hours for something so simple! A trip to the hospital would've been faster. We have lives, sitting in the parking lot for 2 hours just to get antibiotics is ridiculous. They need to get it together.

Had to get into to see the doctor today had a problem that I felt needed attention quick. I called my primary doctor at anchor medical in Warwick only to be on hold from 9:30 till 1:00 in the afternoon countless attempts to try being put on hold listening to merry-grown music picking up the phone and hanging it up . I decided to go online and make an appointment with care well took me all of a minute to get an appointment not to mention they called me in 3 hours before the appointment I made very satisfied
