I was in and out in 2 hours, they’re always fast here. Not sure why you would make an appointment, if you’re still going to have to wait your turn. But I’ll always come here if I can’t get to my primary care doctor.

Literally the worst experience of my life. I wish there was an option to get a negative star. I mean usually when you walk into a walk-in and tell the secretary that you can't breathe, they assist you. I specifically stated I needed a breathing treatment because I have asthma. Usually they tend to you because you actually are having a problem breathing that is visible. But instead I sat there for 2 and a 1/2 hours waiting, feeling like I was going to pass out because they were "doing the best the could do." Multiple people were showing symptoms of having the flu and not suggested to wear a mask. There were 2-3 patients that made appointments to be seen as suggested on their site and phone like that still weren't seen for 3 hours after their original appointment. The nurse that I had, had no bed side manner. And after all of this they said my prescriptions were sent over before I left, and surprise they weren't. So then I had to call them not once but twice to get then to send it over waiting in cvs for an extra 30 minutes because they were "doing the best they could do." I will never go or recommend such a joke of a clinic on any occasion again.

Front desk/customer service experience was great. Nurses here care for the patients with empathy and work ethics look good. Highly recommend for school, and work medical examination.

No appointment is required. Walk in acceptable all the time. DOT Physical is super easy without taking too much of your time.

I love their self-appointment registration using a tablet at the front desk.

Lastly, they do have free parking lot.

We went there today for our son who had injured his foot. The wait time was long but I think that is to be expected for a walk in on the weekends. The 1 star does not reflect that or most of the staff here, but just one doctor at the place which we do not know his name. What happened then you ask? We were waiting in the room to be seen by the doctor when we overheard a conversation between him and one of the nurses when he said that he does not wait on children that he hates children and will move to the next patient. When the nurse then said that is not right they have been waiting and are up next. He said I dont care, she then said that what the other doctor is just supposed to wait on all the children and he said yup and she can wait on adults too. This is WRONG and I feel we were discriminated against. When you are a doctor especially at a walk in you are supposed to help whomever is in need of it. I feel bad for the other staff here who were very nice and helpful that this guy is still there is a travesty. He needs to be fired
