The whole staff are very professional, thorough, and friendly. They provided excellent care and service during my visit. This is the second time I have been to CareWell in Norwell and both times they have been excellent! They truly want to help you.

I can’t even put into words how much this urgent care does a fabulous job!!! Their staff (Craig I believe his name was, and Whitney) were the most kind people that I have ever met. After trying 3 different urgent cares they were able to take me in. Thankfully since I was in so much pain. They made my visit less nerve wrecking as I’m always nervous stepping foot into any doctors office. Whitney had so much compassion for my diagnosis And really was so sweet. Thank you to your staff your hard work and dedication doesn’t go unnoticed!!

After being denied from 3 different urgent care centers, we called CareWell and they were able to book one last appointment of the day for our 1-year old. I felt so worried and overwhelmed, but Tim and Whitney were amazing and cheered the both of us up. They were so patient with my son and let him play with the stethoscope and thermometer before using them so he wouldn’t cry. They even stayed passed closing and were able to figure out what was wrong and how to treat it. Tim and Whitney are absolutely amazing, thank you both for helping our son!

CareWell is great when I need a doctor appointment quicker than I can get with my primary care. Online appointments are easy to make and once there, the staff is great, very congenial even when they are busy. I am happy to have them as another health resource when needed!

They're so nice there and take the time to help you out and understand any diagnosis. Haven't had a bad experience. Sometimes have to wait but it's not really a big deal it's hard right now with the employee shortage and COVID
