Can’t say enough about how wonderful the Dr and nurses etc. are here. Dr Gregory was awesome, totally listened to everything and really cared. Jessica, Ashley and Bree (hope I got all their names correct) were so caring and helpful! Highly recommended!!

Woke up on a Sunday morning not feeling well, allergic reaction was causing swelling in one eye. Went online and contacted the Peabody office directly. I made an appointment and within an hour I was being seen and treated. Staff was awesome. Feeling better 6 hours later. Thank you

There will be two parts to your experience. One is the way you’re treated at the front desk, and the other is how you’re treated once you’re in the exam room.
1. The front desk personnel are rude, very standoffish, and apparently hate people. They’re unhelpful and dismissive. When I walked in, I was told I needed an appointment and cannot be seen, and cannot stay inside the facility due to covid. First of all, online, it clearly stated that they were part of the group of facilities that DO NOT require appointments and see walk-ins. So I brought it up, showed her the page that states that, and she was unapologetic. If you have changed your policy, you have an obligation to let people know, or post it outside, and also change it online.
When I booked an appointment online for the next day, I walked in saw the same woman, plus another one. No hello, no can I help you. Nothing. First thing she barked at me was, “do you have an appointment????” I replied I did and even then, she was insufferable.
While I waited, several people walked in. BOTH receptionist treated them the same way. And their stories were just like mine. They were confused why online it stated they accepted walk-ins and why they were turning people away WITHOUT any proper guidance and help.
People like this shouldn’t work in health CARE because not one bone in their body is caring. People walk in to urgent care FOR care. If they’re turned away at the door without an explanation, a print out, or any guidance, you’ve failed as a facility, and as a human.

Anyway, once you’re taken into the exam room, everything changes. The nurses, the provided that ultimately sees you are wonderful. They’re caring, helpful, patient, and thorough. That takes away the sting of the front desk a bit, but the front desk staff should be all fired on the spot.

So be prepared. Go in ready to be treated very poorly and rudely. And hopefully you’ll make it to the other side.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Yesterday went in confirmed they took my insurance. I go in today and they said they don't take it. I had to cancel my flight due to no covid screening. The girl at the front desk with brown hair and heavyset. Is the worst customer service rep ever! She was screaming at me in the lobby. After confirming the night before it was all set. Absolutely worst place and I am an essential worker working front line 120 hours a week. And this is how we are treated.

Went there for a strep test on a Saturday. Was in and out in less than 25 minutes. Everyone there was awesome.

update: I originally gave them a 5 star but the last 2 times I was there they were horrible. Poor customer service and people working the desk are rude!
