I would give a 0 star if possible. DO NOT recommend going to this clinic for any services, even for simple sliver. Receptionist was exceptionally rude, snappy, and had poor bedside manner. Have been wrongly diagnosed, and the treatment made the condition worse. Had to go to another Clinic to receive appropriate care and accrued more expenses.
Hands down one of the worst urgent cares I’ve ever been to! I got there with my kids at 9 am it’s 12:15 and I’m still sitting here waiting for the doctor to come see us. I thought the point of going to urgent care aaa so we don’t have to wait hours in the emergency room. I recommend going to the Marlboro location they are much faster much nicer and much cleaner
My experience at this Urgent Care was very unpleasant. There was an older lady at the front desk who was extremely rude, unfriendly and impatient. Instead of listening as to why I was at their office, she kept telling me they are not seeing any more patients today and to make an appointment for tomorrow. She was very rude while explaining how to make an appointment online. As I was making the appointment, her colleague chipped in and said she did see orders for my lab tests and that we could get it done today. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging her mistake, she asked us to be seated. I waited for an hour. I will not be visiting this location again or recommending it to any friends or family.
The service was terrible. I waited over an hour for the female Doctor to see me. The Doctor was very unprofessional when she came into the room. She called me a “B****” to my face and raised her voice at me when we were in the room because I called her out for not addressing one of the reasons I came to the clinic. Then she denied calling me a “B****.” The treatment I received from this doctor was so unbelievably terrible, I had to write this while still in the office. I will make a complaint with the Doctor’s supervisor tomorrow when she is in the office. I do not feel safe being in the room with this woman and don’t feel safe with her knowing any of my health information. I had the nurse in the room with me the remainder of my visit because of the doctor’s behavior. I will never return to this location due to the treatment I received from the doctor today.
Most worst staff. Doctors are nice but front desk staff makes the experience horrible by talking rudely and showing that they don’t care. Actually “Chris” (one of the front desk staff) told me she don’t care When I asked for help. Medical industry should be the most caring because patients are already in trauma and stressed and top of that if they have to bear with humiliation then nothing can be worst.
