I went to CareWell Care, Cambridge, due to a post-Covid excruciating pain in my upper back that was affecting my breathing. The Doctor looked at my back and could see the knotted muscles; she was compassionate and explained the cause: dehydration. I was advised to drink a huge amount of Electrolyte solutions, muscle relaxant pills, and vitamins. Already feeling much better. I am very grateful,

You book a spot in line beforehand and then you have to wait for at least 3 hrs anyway. With a small, breastfed baby at home. Why bother to have an online registration system then. People who walked in were admitted before us. Absurd.

This is the worst urgent care center I have ever visited.I have been having flu like symptoms/ terrible shivers and sore throat. I have been waiting in the doctors office for almost 3+ hours. I would have been better waiting at home and healing on my own.They still haven’t arrived yet- I was so bored, tired, sick and angry that I decided to write this review.Seriously, go anywhere else for urgent care. The opposite of urgent. They should call it: Extremely Delayed Care for the Urgent.

Highly recommend! Messaged me ahead of time to let me know they were not very busy, so I got in earlier than expected. There was a very slight wait to be seen. The RN seemed very knowledgeable and diagnosed me incredibly quickly, sent in the prescription I needed, and I was out in a manner of minutes.

Very disappointed that despite specifying that I was coming in with a suspected ankle sprain where x-rays are typically recommended to rule out a fracture, that this place did NOT have x-ray capabilities on site. So I wasted my time coming here, only to get a referral from them to Mt Auburn Hospital... I can't walk, and now I have to drive to a hospital and walk to get x-rays that I went looking for in the first place?The PA was nice, but I would have expected to receive a call letting me know that they had no x-rays on site. Had I known this, I would have planned on going elsewhere. And clearly they knew this, because they kept my appointment and charged my insurance $$$$$

I had a very positive visit to CareWell in Inman Square, Cambridge. Free parking lot for patients that had enough space. Not crowded. I was a walk-in and was seen within 2 hours on a Sunday. All site personnel (receptionist, nurse, MD) were positive and listened carefully to my symptoms. Got COVID and flu tests (both negative). Got appropriate prescriptions for pneumonia and coughing. All paid for by my health insurance (Medicare). I'll definitely use them again.

The team here is wonderful! We love the physicians and nurses. They were so kind to take care of my mom for an urgent medical issue. Offered different options so it’s easier for mom. I’m so thankful for their care and diagnosis. She’s doing so much better now. These services and facilities are so convenient for anyone experiencing common yet urgent medical issues.

The Inman Square CareWell has always been a positive experience for me. Staff are helpful and professional, and I’ve always felt like the providers are really listening to me and care about my situation. They’re so helpful with follow-up, too.

I was very pleased with my experience at Carewell. I made an appointment online and was taken soon after I arrived. The doctor diagnosed my problem as Pink Eye and sent a prescription to the pharmacy.

If you actually value your health, seek care elsewhere. It occurred to me that I may have been the victim of medical bias from the white woman doctor… Remember, doctor prejudice causes death and harm.

It was my first time at this urgent care and I’m really glad I chose this place. I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist( Stephanie). Jessica took my vitals and was very attentive and overall had a good attitude. Nurse Tania ( I believe that’s her name) is very knowledgeable, sweet and empathetic. She attentively listened to my concerns and made me feel more at ease. Thank you! I overall had a good experience.

Although I decided to not get my physical done since it wasn’t covered by insurance this was still a great location to walk into. The lady at the front desk was very kind she explained to me how urgent care does not use regular Insurance for yearly physicals, other places have just told me I could not use my insurance for a physical and sent me away or canceled my appointment. Not only that but the receptionist took time to look up other places that could offer physicals through insurance. The receptionist also told me to call the customer service line on the back of my insurance to find a doctor I can see regularly which was not known to me. I cannot remember her name just that it started with K or C maybe but thank you for being polite and helpful. A bonus the place was also clean neat and quiet I will definitely be returning for urgent care needs.

I would not recommend this urgent care at all. I went in there with an ankle sprain. The receptionist was cold and clueless, apathetic and abrupt. She gave me the wrong information and was indifferent when I tried to ask for clarification. The physician's assistant was no better. She was also cold and annoyed. This was 10am and I was the only patient! I left with with the wrong information and no written prescription for a PT and now I have to sit here and make phone calls because they didn't know how to bill workers comp. If I could give this no star...I would. Never again. Save yourself added stress!

Fantastic and calm service, the staff all made me feel super comfortable and addressed all of my concerns. Slightly miffed I booked ahead online, since ultimately I waited a full hour past the time I had scheduled. I would recommend just getting in line in person

This place was awful 5 years ago, but has since changed for the better. Post COVID they have an easy to use digital check in system. The woman at the front desk was kind and knowledgeable, the doc was thorough, helpful and gave an informed analysis of my issue. The only downside was I had to wait about an hour after i had arrived at the assigned appointment time. If they had nailed that this would have been 5 stars for me.

I fell ill while traveling. I was so pleased to have found CareWell Urgent Care. The wait was short, the staff was great and the doctor was very thorough. I received a follow up call 4 days after my visit to relay lab results, confirm my treatment plan and check that I was feeling better. Above and beyond and very appreciated.
