The person at the front desk was an absolute gem of a human. She was so kind and caring for each patient. The team inside the clinic was really wonderful too- they were extremely busy and still had extremely kind and patient bedside manner. This was by far the best experience I have had at an urgent care!

It was a very good experience made, particularly so by the lovely woman who did my intake, and who very kindly called me when there was a cancellation allowing me to get in significantly earlier. There was an emergency while I waited, but even still, I was well attended to, and the PA who met with me was very efficient. I greatly appreciated this since I was visiting from California and therefore not native to Cambridge. But she arranged for medicine to be Filled at a local CVS and my hope is that I will soon be on my way to recovery from a horrific case of hives!

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily, and the check-in process was online too, which also helped things run more smoothly.
The PA I saw (Kimberly McCarty) was super friendly and helpful, and she answered all my questions about my ankle injury. I felt very well taken care of. Thank you!

I’m going to write two reviews because Brad Stone, the PA was so awesome. As a pharmacist, I know the medical system pretty well and have worked with many PAs. Brad is the best and I’m so glad I was able to see him. He listened to me from the beginning. He could tell I was really sick and really was empathetic. Fantastic bedside manner. His assessment of my systems was spot on and he talked me through it. He gave me prescriptions to not only treat my infection, but also help with my symptoms. I was so satisfied that I asked him if I could ask for him if I ever needed urgent care services again and he let me know that he doesn’t work that often at this clinic. I was crushed because he was so incredible and I so appreciate the care he provided for me. I can’t say enough good things about him. Thank you Brad!!
