i went here because my ear was hurting and i told the doctor or wtv that my mom saw something in my ear while looking inside and the doctor said that nothing was there and gave me medicine and told me to leave now i have to go to the emergency room because there really was something in not 1 but both of my ears😡 DONT COME HERE!!

If you register online it isn't too long a wait. The doctor was nice, thourough. Would definitely go again.

The online registration to save a place in line is absolutely ridiculous. Why have an online registration where you pick your time then show up at the location for the time you chose to still wait up to two hours! Then to be told that in back they switch which person they will call in based on who potentially was waiting longer whether a walk-in or online. To avoid people getting mad. But people are getting mad regardless. So there is no point of picking a time online.

The best urgent care I've ever experienced.. I was seen and treated quickly by the doctor, staff and everyone was very nice. You truly deserve 5 stars. Thank you so much Carewell and keep up the good work!

Be prepared for a 3 month battle with the billing department.The actual Urgent care was fine, however I will never return because of their billing department. I promptly paid my bill through my insurance 7 days after my visit and have spent the last 3 months going back and forth with them to prove I paid. I provided the details if my payment multiple times as well as sent proof of payment twice. Despite speaking to them frequently they threatened further action on my account which was even more upsetting as it was clear I was doing my part to prove I had paid. Not only that when you call them they will often make you leave a voice-mail and then call you back two weeks later and the hours they are open are different than what is stated on the bill and the website. Then despite having my proof of payment, it wasn't applied to my account till I finally got someone on the phone. This has been the absolute nightmare and I'm finally glad it's been resolved after 3 months of me having to continously provide proof.

The person at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Both persons that attended to me in the room were very friendly and perfesuner, my wait time for service was great!

I came here directly after working an overnight shift with an injury and I was the only person in the parking lot or around and all of a sudden I took a look behind me and there was a line of 3 people with more coming. I called and the staff were very accommodating to my situation. The staff were both friendly, professional, and were quickly clearing out an already full waiting room.

The place is really clean, they are very professional and don’t have stank attitudes like most other places you go. Just make sure you make an appointment before because it goes a lot smoother if you do that before hand.

Go somewhere else! No Xray tech available when needed. Staff at the front were not welcoming in person or over the phone. Heard staff say on the phone that there weren’t any doctors, just students. The desk is right in the waiting room, so everyone can hear other people’s info. I provided my insurance info, and I was told it was incorrect, when it was not. When I wanted to leave, because I knew I was wasting my time sitting there, I needed my insurance info back that I had written down. When I went up to front desk, and asked for the paper with my information written on it, I was told rudely to sit back down. I left without being seen because of the environment, and how unprofessional and unpleasant it was. Just go to your own doctor if it’s possible! This is by no means faster at all!

Staff is pleasant enough. Though they are clearly very short staffed for how busy they are. Making an appointment is 100% the way to go with them. If you are a walk in there is a good chance you'll be waiting for 3-5 hours to be seen. And at that point you'll be taken into an exam room and get vitals taken before waiting another hour to see a practitioner. I did also spot mold in the lights and air vents.

I came in early before work and was the first person in the door. Opened several minutes late. Nobody there had an appointment, I put my own insurance information and card into the system, there were two people behind me, still the woman at the desk still “could not” give me a time estimate about when I would be seen. “This is urgent care,” she said, “so no. They’ll come get you when they come get you.” This did not feel like a professional response. Patients are people with things that are important to get done in a day, including but not limited to our health care. With that total lack of information, it didn’t make any sense to stay, not knowing if I’d even be able to get to work on time. I left without being seen.This was the second time I’d come, the first time it was so full the woman at the desk said it was at least an hour wait, and told me to come at opening.The front desk is right in the waiting room, I didn’t love that people’s insurance problems were being discussed in front of a waiting room of people.Respect and professionalism are important to me in my healthcare, i need to go to a place where those principles are included in operations.
