Jude is amazing and very helpful. He is always there to help me out with any questions or concerns I'm having. He is an excellent employee and I recommend you speak with him when you visit the Tewksbury site. There should be more employees like him.
Staff was more than helpful. Especially Jude, he informed me a lot about my insurance that I had no idea about. Now I can get more benefits than I ever thought possible. Thank you so much.
I called made a appointment at 11:20 today! Finally got in a room. Nurse told me the doctor would be in shortly! After a total wait time of almost 3 hours. I left because I had to be at work in Boston at 4:00. I'll never go there again. I understand there busy but they should update there patients sitting in the Room! Not to mention I could her them all taking outside the room! Didn't seem to bust to me!
I typically don’t leave negative reviews, however after booking appointments here today and then waiting to be seen for 45 minutes only to be told there are still 5 people in front of me and my daughter is highly disorganized and terrible patient care. They should be upfront with wait times and not allow appointments to be booked when they can’t keep up. I left after being there for an hour since there was still a long way to go. They still charged me for the copay for care they didn’t provide. I recommend using a different place if you want better patient care and communication
I was tempted by the reviews. We were quickly checked-in in the morning with friendly staff all around. They did initial assessment and asked us wait for a provider to show up “shortly”. Well, nobody showed up for next 45 min, which makes me question is this really an urgent care?! They have installed TVs in assessment rooms that shows HGTV hoping people will stay occupied and not notice the longer wait times. Well, it worked for a few min until we crossed an hour of wait. Pathetic experience and did not even get a satisfactory assessment.
