I went in very sick and was treated very well in fact fantastic . They were so busy but we're very caring and professional. When they figured I needed extra help then this place could handle they wanted me to go directly to the hospital and had my grandson come in offered me ambulance which I refused and off we went. The staff and especially the Doctor were wonderful. Wish he could be my regular Dr .I would go back there any time I feel the need. I know I can trust them to do the best.
Went to clinic to get a Covid test without an appointment. Quick check in at front desk using your phone. There may be a wait but it’s not usually long. I waited in my car for about 15 mins. Nurse Miranda checked my vitals before the physician came in. She was very nice and personable! Waited for the physician for about 20mins after my vitals were checked and my swab was processed. Overall good experience! If you are a walk in just expect a wait sometimes it can be a while since they do not require appointments. The girl at the front desk was helpful as well with my insurance information.
I went in as a Walk-in very sick and got seen relatively quick. The doctor was so nice and helpful and Jennifer & Scarlett were so sweet. Def recommend this place and will return if I'm ever sick again.
Carewell Urgent Care staff and physicians were awesome..caring, kind, patient and competent. I felt so well taken care of. This was my first experience with any urgent care and, other than the copay being double my PCP I was more than satisfied.
I have been going to this urgent care for a year or so. The staff and professionals treat you with care and support. I don't personally like going to the doctors but the team here makes it comfortable so I can take the best care of myself and my children. I highly recommend Urgent care in Tewksbury!!
