I would of given 5 stars but the wait was a little long, but as of the doctor and the nurse they were actually very nice and took care of my daughter very well. Answered all my concerns and questions. I definitely would recommend

People here were so nice and caring. Despite the center being absolutely packed, the staff remained professional, & courteous to all. The nurse was nice and cheerful even tho she easily could have been short and non talkative. Dr Breen was also kind and thorough in his exam. The whole staff took their time with us and I didn’t feel rushed which I can imagine many walk-in clinics are.

Went there Monday in the afternoon to get tested. Was informed that I need to come back on Tuesday at 8am. Got there at 7:30am to be informed that I need to come back at 1pm. Got there at 1and was not available. You need to make an appointment if I want to use your insurance and not pay $160. Ridiculous

I went to 4 different walk-ins. All we’re out of rapid Covid tests and had over 3 hr wait. I also called every pharmacy nearby. No appointments were available anywhere. I called CareWell in Tewksbury and they had tests available and the wait was only 1.5 hrs. The MD was great and my test was negative. I would recommend anyone who needs testing to go there first. I wish I had.

Very seamless experience. Staff was extremely professional and very nice to work with. I had to wait about 40 minutes, which wasn’t too bad considering I was a walk-in. Got Covid results in 15 minutes.
