A very busy yet efficient clinic where you don’t feel like an object on a conveyer belt. They were likely going to see 100 patients this day I was there. And yet I had one of the best health care experiences here.

This credit is to the people there: Nurse Lea, Dr Bryant and the intake receptionist. All three were so incredibly personable and kind. They really put the CARE in health care.
Thank you for making my day. 💗

Great experience from the moment I walked in. Everyone was very helpful and went above and beyond. My son had a thorough evaluation with multiple diagnostic tests. The medical assistant was very knowledgeable and experienced. He made me feel very confident in my sons care. As well, the NP was very proficient, attentive and thorough. She continued to run tests until she knew we had looked at all possible causes for his symptoms. I am a NP myself and was very pleased with my sons care today. Thank you all for exemplary care!

Doctor was no help. I was experiencing major cramping and after waiting for 2 hours he just told me to take ibuprofen, which I'd already been doing. Wish I would have just stayed home and suffered through it.

My insurance assured me they covered everything outside of my copay for this visit. This office has since sent me a bill that will "automatically" be charged even though insurance has confirmed they covered it. In speaking with the representative at the facility she said there is no way to avoid being changed as they keep my card on file and are able to charge me whatever they please if they decide. The only way for me to not be charged something that was already covered by insurance is to cancel my card.

Don't go to this office, they will automatically charge your card for things you do not authorize that have already been covered by insurance. Total scam for money.

The receptionist at check in was overall rude and seemed generally unhappy with her job. When asked about wait times she was extremely unhelpful and seemed irritated with my inquiry. The medical assistant and nurse practitioner were pleasant and helpful. It was my second visit there and the first visit I had a different receptionist who was extremely helpful and pleasant. Your front desk girl that I dealt with today needs a new job where she doesn’t deal with the general public. 3 stars because of the receptionist otherwise would have been five stars.

Wanted to get a COVID test. waited for 30 minutes before it opened to get into a room (we just wanted the test, not a full visit). After another 90 minutes we got the test and were released

Really wish they were more communicative about why we had to have a full visit, potential costs and the like. Glad they were able to take us in though
