First time there. Was taken in right away by a very friendly receptionist. I was quickly escorted to an exam room. I was seen by NP Swanson. Very knowledgeable, extremely professional and very pleasant. The surroundings were spotless. I hope not to, but will return if needed.

Great experience. Quick, easy, efficient. My only issue was that I had some trouble booking an appointment on my mobile device but they took me as a walk in. PA Friberg was so great!! Thank you!

I was from out of town and called for an appointment 40 minutes before they closed. They told me to come right over and from the receptionists to the nurse and nurse practitioner were friendly, efficient and informative. They even called a nearby pharmacy to ensure that they were open and could fill my prescription before closing. I wish that I lived nearby because I would use this urgent care again and again.

I feel I need to explain the procedure here for all the people who have not yet attempted this. I arrived at about 7 am and was about number 10 in line. By the time the doors opened, I was about 30 or 40 in line, as many young people hold places for their friends who show up at 7:55. A woman comes out with a clip board and you have to scan a bar code. All of a sudden, people from the back of the line go forward and scan the code which is also posted. I am a little older, so I didn't scan correctly and just took a picture, which didn't work. I had a nice young girl help me and I was able to reach the forms that you fill out on line. Then, you simply wait. I got my first call to complete my registration at 9:45, so it was about 3 hours. I don't know how much longer I would have had to wait for a second phone call, because I decided not to wait and told the woman on the phone I was leaving. My suggestion is to be the first or second in line at 6 am, and you will probably be in shortly after 8. Take a chair and a cup of coffee. It would be nice if they just took on line appointments. There are obviously very many people in line who have gone through this procedure before and know what they are doing.
