I had a great experience here. Nice facility, little wait. From the front desk staff to the PAs everyone was kind but the real standout was the Nurse, Michael. He was so considerate, kind, competent, attentive - I really can't say enough nice things! He made sure I was comfortable and explained everything with compassion. And he did a great job addressing my issue. Please give him a shout out for me - and make sure you do what you can to keep him! He's the reason I'd be more than happy to go back if I needed.
Nothing is considered urgent around here. They have super slow service. You're better off at a cvs minute clinic. I cut my finger and needed immediate help and yet, waited over an hour for someone to see me.
I came in the morning and they took me in right away. They listened well to me and took my concerns seriously. I felt like they were very thorough in making sure they got the correct diagnosis. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!
This place is great. It's around the corner from me and a couple times I've needed non-emergency, but still urgent visits on Sundays when obviously I can't go to my PCP. Everyone is EXTREMELY nice and compassionate, from the ladies at the front desk, the nurses, to the PAs (can't speak to the Drs). The medical care I have received here has also been top notch. Both visits took a couple hours, which seems very reasonable given I was seen on a walk-in basis. I'm very happy to have this as an option nearby!
Billing was incorrect. Because I used 2 forms of payment, the check-in person needed to be able to add/subtract, which he apparently couldn't manage. I was overcharged, which was eventually refunded.
The nurse I saw, I believe his name was Wendell, pumped up the blood pressure cuff so tightly, and took so long to take my pressure, that my arm started to hurt. When he looked into my mouth (for sore throat), he put the tongue depressor so far back, it made me gag. I have a very high tolerance, and don't gag easily. When it came time to swab for strep, he again put the tongue depressor too far back, and then proceeded to poke at my throat (again making me gag), all while doing a little dance around me. He must've been afraid that I would throw up on him.
I then saw Vincent, an NP, who diagnosed me and prescribed antibiotics. He was very professional, and described everything that was going on. I would recommend seeing Vincent if you go here.
