CareWell Urgent Care of Marlboro is such a asset for Metro West residents. The facility is ultra clean, the staff are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, kind and medically well informed. Each time I have been seen there, the diagnosis’ given have been absolutely correct and within days, any medical conditions have been resolved due to medicines or therapies prescribed by their physicians. Thoroughly satisfied and I so appreciate everyone at CareWell Urgent Care!! Thank You

They were quite busy and I had to wait 2 hours from the time of my appointment to be seen but there was a tv in the room I was as placed in so I was able to watch a movie while I waited. The staff was really nice and friendly when they came to see me. I would recommend at least having the receptionist check in with people to ensure they know they haven’t been forgotten.

Inefficient front desk staff. 30min after we checked in, Leslie told us we were next and just need to wait, at that moment we saw another patient just came in starting to register at the front desk, without a pre-made appointment. Leslie asked us to leave the clinic and wait in the car. 30min after waiting in the car, we called and were told there is just one person ahead of us and we need to wait another 30min. We questioned Leslie why is there suddenly one more patient ahead of us after 30min of wait. She kept saying we were next, and said maybe she just forgot flip the page, no apologies and not intention to help. We saw the other patient registered after us went in and see doctors before us, and decided to check with Leslie, she explained she “thought they are here earlier”
