I have been in this palace many times and I have been treated well. I am giving one star because the person on the phone hangs up the phone on my wife in the middle of the question today Monday at 11:43. We are not native english speakers and I feel like she cut the phone because of our accent.
I called myself to confirm it wasn't any connectivity issue. She hangs up the phone on me while speaking.
I called again and I told her this is not nice. I believe the calls are recorded. Please go back to the calls to get the actual transcripts. Absolutely not professional. We are your customers and we should be treated well. We did nothing wrong, sorry we have an accent, we can't help.

The people were trying their best but it was completely unorganized. I went to get a rapid covid test and it took 4.5 hours. I got there 45 minutes before it opened and was the fourth person on the list. I was told I would get a call when they were ready for me. I went in 2 hours later and was told they didn’t have me on the list.

The doctor here is nice but we waited 2 hrs in 18 degree weather for a pcr test. When I went inside to suggest that maybe they could take names and phone numbers so people could wait in their cars, they were extremely defensive and rude to me. I understand that everyone is understaffed right now and I was not suggesting they needed to speed things up, only that it was too cold to be waiting outside for that long, especially for elderly and children. Only after I said something to them did someone go outside and announce that there were drive up options for people with only mild symptoms and inform everyone that it would still be a very long wait.

Went for a Rapid Test, was one of the first to arrive. I was able to do my test and was told I’d be contacted with results within the hour. An hour passed by so I was patient and figured it’s taking longer than usual. Here I am at the airport the next day still without a single report. I guess I was smart in marking a different appointment later that day just in case. This place made me spend 160 dollars for no results where Walgreens had excellent service and provided results within ten minutes for FREE! Don’t get me wrong, the staff at CAREWELL are very good, but come on…. $160 to not even see results which could’ve not had me go on my flights? Please… look for other places for COVID rapid tests…. Not this place.
