This place was fantastic. The wait time was short, and I can’t express how awesome the staff were. I had a bit of a medical mystery experience, and they listened to me and did all the tests they were able to before referring me to two clinics for further testing. Overall experience, given everything, was amazing.

The wait was long even though we made an appointment but the care was excellent. Waiting room was small and had no air purifier.

Came for a COVID test on a very busy day and they were accommodating and did their best to get everyone taken care of as quickly as they could and even stayed late past closing so we could all be seen

I came back from traveling with a fever and a cough. I waited a few days for it to get better on it's own, but after a week I decided it was time for the professionals to look into it. I found CareWell urgent care via my Health Insurer's website and it was easy to "Save my place in line". When I arrived, (about 15 minutes from my estimated) I was the only party sitting in the waiting room. I had to wait about 45-60 minutes before being seen.While being seen, all of the staff were friendly, easy to understand and competent. I was diagnosed with bronchitis and given a medication regime to start right away. The next day, my cough started subsiding and I continued to feel better. I appreciated that the treatment plan worked.The only thing that could have been better was having to wait less to be seen, especially since there didn't appear to be many patients visiting the facility at that time.

Made an appointment ahead of time, still waited an hour to be seen, and it wasn't busy. No other patients were there when I arrived, and only one other person came in while I was there. Also, I was told I needed 2 prescriptions, but they only sent 1 of them to the pharmacy, so I had to call the clinic while I was at the pharmacy to ask them to send the second one. But, the staff was friendly and nice.

My experience here was a very good one, despite feeling so miserable. I didn't wait long, and everything went smoothly. I saw Nurse Practitioner Margaret Gentile. She is an excellent provider. She listened carefully to me, asked questions, did an exam, and then prescribed effective medication. She was extremely compassionate and kind. It's never fun to have to go to urgent care, but my experience with her made me glad I'd gone, and I definitely got the help I needed.

“Saved my spot online” and stillWaited 1 ½ hrs. Annoying Paws Television playing. Other people in waiting room didn’t silence their phones. Receptionist seems overloaded and miserable.
