Absolutely amazing urgent care! I took my 6 year old in. She was treated AMAZINGLY by the staff. They were all SO caring and compassionate. Very efficient and we were in and out within 30 minutes. NP Peg Gentile was FANTASTIC! Highly recommend. Thank you to all of the amazing staff.
Everyone was so nice and helpful. I feel like they listened to me and treated me with respect! They even asked me if I wanted an X-ray, and didn’t put up a fight when I said yes! I truly appreciate their work! Thanks guys!
NP Gentile was so wonderful with my son! She had an amazing bedside manner that made him feel comfortable and relaxed. An Urgent Care trip is never fun but at least this trip was as pleasant as it could have been.
I brought my son to this Urgent Care with High temperature and low O2 level. We were greeted well. But after we meet male nurse. He was properly pained: he asked questions like "" what is you main concern: your son's temperature or breathing problems?'" . In nursing school first rule to study is ABS: Air, Breathing, Circulation. So when he first check my sons O2 , it was 901% and Pulse was 133, he said it normal vital signs for child. Well it may be normal for infants, but not for 13 years old. When he started asking That questions, He (nurse) relay scares me. He needs to be retrained until he not kill some one.
We asks to see other nurse. At the end NP was checking my son, and she was good, professional, and helpful.
It started off great the receptionist up front was very nice and helpful and then it went downhill from there I came in with a broken ankle not knowing it was broken and after the X-ray and the doctors were in the room talking to us giving me the boot my girlfriend asked a simple question about an ace bandage for my ankle for the night to stabilize it while sleeping and and what their opinion was on the ankle on top of what the doctor had told us she just wanted to ask to have as much information she could and she was met with a female nurse giving her rude remarks about how they’re giving us the crutches and boot and that they’re basically not giving us any more help. It was a simple question and didn’t need to be met with a rude attitude. Will never go back to this urgent care. The female nurses name was Bethany.
